It was a perfect summer day in 2018 in Hamburg: blue skies, the Elbe shimmering in the light, and our Boxer Bandos was frolicking on the beach with pure joy. We sat with our feet in the warm Sand, watching the ships drift by and talking about life and its fleeting moments. And then it happened...

We are a group of dog lovers, design enthusiasts and visionaries dedicated to a shared goal: to create products that are functional, durable and timelessly beautiful at the same time.

We ship worldwide for free from an order value of €149. Shipping costs for orders below €149 vary depending on the destination country and chosen shipping method. You can find an overview of shipping costs and delivery times here.
So you can personally assure yourself of the quality of our products, we naturally offer you a 14-day right of return from the date of delivery.
Return:
For a straightforward and smooth return, we have set up a returns portal at return.williamwalker.de for you. There you can obtain a prepaid DHL return label for a fee. The fee will be automatically deducted from your refund amount. Alternatively, you can also send your return back using a shipping provider of your choice. In this case, the fee does not apply.
Exchange:
If you would prefer a different size or a different product, you can also register the exchange conveniently via our returns portal. Simply select the desired replacement item there. Any discount from your original order will be automatically transferred to the new item. If the new item is more expensive, you will receive an invoice for the price difference. If it is cheaper, the difference will be credited to you. The new item will be shipped as soon as your return has been received and checked by us.
